The Manhattan Indians tipped the visiting Emporia Spartans basketball team by a final score of 58-55 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Indians face the St. James Academy Thunder (Lenexa, KS) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 26. Manhattan will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record.
With the defeat, Emporia moves to 11-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS) to face the Blues in a non-league game on Friday, February 3. The Blues enter the game with a record of 8-1.
