The Lindsay Knights basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Era Hornets to 46 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chico for a 2A Region II District 13 contest on Friday, January 20. Lindsay will battle a Dragons team coming off a 60-27 league loss to Muenster (Muenster, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 5-13.

The Hornets (16-12) will now prepare for their contest against Collinsville (Collinsville, TX). The Pirates enter the 2A Region II District 13 contest with a 13-12 record. In their last contest, Collinsville was defeated by Lindsay (Lindsay, TX), 57-55, in a league contest.
