The Whirlwinds now own a 13-10 record. They play next when they host Sudan for a 2A Region I District 4 test on Friday, January 20. Floydada will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 56-26 league win over Lockney (Lockney, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 18-8.
