The Ganesha Giants basketball team (Pomona, CA), was nudged 44-40 in Tuesday's league battle with the host La Puente Warriors (La Puente, CA)

The Warriors now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pomona for a Miramonte battle on Wednesday, January 18. La Puente will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 league win over Bassett (La Puente, CA). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-8.

The Giants (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Garey (Pomona, CA). The Vikings come into the Miramonte battle with a 15-4 record. In their last battle, Garey edged Edgewood (West Covina, CA), 64-48, in a league battle.
