Gem State Adventist Academy Jaguars (Caldwell, ID) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Riverstone International Otters (Boise, ID), 53-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Gem State Adventist Academy upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Jaguars host Greenleaf Friends Academy (Greenleaf, ID) to clash with the Grizzlies in a 1A Western Idaho bout on Thursday, January 19. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Greenleaf Friends Academy won 37-36 in their recent league bout against Idaho City (Idaho City, ID)

Next up, the Otters clash with the Horseshoe Bend Mustangs (Horseshoe Bend, ID) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Riverstone International will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 32-30 non-league win over Gem State Adventist Academy (Caldwell, ID).
