Virginia High School Basketball - Guardian Christian Academy nudges The Carmel School

Guardian Christian Academy Royal Knights (Chesterfield, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host The Carmel School Wildcats (Ruther Glen, VA), 25-22 in a league bout.
With the win, Guardian Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Royal Knights host Grace Christian School (Mechanicsville, VA) to clash with the Kings in a VISAA Division IV bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Kings go into the bout with a record of 6-7.
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Richmond Christian Warriors (Chesterfield, VA) in a Virginia Colonial bout, on Friday, January 20. The Carmel School will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 70-19 league win over Williamsburg Christian Academy (Williamsburg, VA).
