In Tuesday's league outing, the Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD), by a margin of 54-20.

The Yellowjackets (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Douglass was trounced by Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD), 60-27, in a league outing.

The Lions now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Surrattsville for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A outing on Tuesday, January 24.
