Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ), 55-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hanover Park upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ) to clash with the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Newark Academy won 67-37 in their recent non-league bout against West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ)

Next up, the Crimson clash with the Madison Dodgers (Madison, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 19. Morristown-Beard will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Dodgers go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 47-36 league win over Pequannock (Pompton Plains, NJ).
