Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Harlem Bulldogs (Harlem, GA), 41-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Salem upgrades its record to 2-12 on the season. The Seminoles host Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Patrick Henry won 67-7 in their recent non-league bout against Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) in a AAA Region 4 bout, on Friday, January 20. Harlem will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 55-33 league loss to Cross Creek (Augusta, GA).
