Alabama High School Basketball - Ragland nudges Jefferson Christian Academy

In Tuesday's league outing, the Ragland Purple Devils (Ragland, AL) basketball squad edged the visiting Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles (Birmingham, AL), by a count of 38-34.

The Purple Devils (6-12) will now prepare for their outing against Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Eagles go into the 1A Area 10 outing with a 12-9 record. In their last outing, Appalachian held off Pennington (Blountsville, AL), 60-40, in a non-league outing.
