South Carolina High School Basketball - Jefferson Davis Academy nudges Wardlaw Academy

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) basketball squad edged the visiting Wardlaw Academy Patriots (Johnston, SC), by a margin of 40-39.
The Raiders (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Faith Christian (Summerville, SC). The Knights go into the SCISA A Region I outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Faith Christian was tipped by Lowcountry Prep (Pawleys Island, SC), 17-15, in a non-league outing.
The Patriots now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Laurens Academy for a SCISA A Region IV outing on Friday, January 20. Wardlaw Academy will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 52-28 league win over Oconee Christian Academy (Seneca, SC). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-7.
