The John Milledge Academy Trojans basketball team (Milledgeville, GA), was nudged 40-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Stratford Academy Eagles (Macon, GA)
The Eagles now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George Walton Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21.
The Trojans (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA). The Cavaliers come into the GIAA AAAA/AAA District 6 battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Mount de Sales Academy was nudged by Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA), 45-31, in a league battle.
