Texas High School Basketball - Mayde Creek ripped by Katy

The Katy Tigers basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Mayde Creek Rams to 32 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 25-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jordan for a 6A Region III District 19 contest on Friday, January 20. Katy will meet a Warriors team coming off a 44-37 league win over Paetow (Katy, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 14-14.
The Rams (8-19) will now prepare for their contest against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region III District 19 contest with a 21-8 record. In their last contest, Cinco Ranch triumphed over Morton Ranch (Katy, TX), 73-23, in a league contest.
