California High School Basketball - McFarland trounces Kennedy

January 17, 2023: McFarland, CA 93250

The McFarland Cougars (McFarland, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 65-23 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Delano (Delano, CA). The Tigers go into the South Sequoia test with a 1-13 record. In their last test, Delano was trounced by Wasco (Wasco, CA), 55-27, in a league test.

The Thunderbirds now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Shafter for a South Sequoia test on Thursday, January 19. Kennedy will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 74-19 league win over Delano (Delano, CA). The Generals record now stands at 13-7.
