The Marshall County Tigers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Spring Hill Raiders to 28 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence County for a 3A District 8 contest on Friday, January 20. Marshall County will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 55-39 league loss to Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-5.

The Raiders (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN). The Falcons come into the 3A District 8 contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Lincoln County triumphed over Page (Franklin, TN), 54-46, in a league contest.
