The McComb Tigers (McComb, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Wingfield Falcons (Jackson, MS), 48-22 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (16-4) will now prepare for their test against South Pike (Magnolia, MS). The Eagles go into the 4A Region 6 test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, South Pike was trounced by North Pike (Summit, MS), 43-39, in a league test.
The Falcons now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Raymond for a 4A Region 6 test on Friday, January 20. Wingfield will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 49-36 league win over McComb (McComb, MS). The Rangers record now stands at 9-3.
