With the victory, Merit Preparatory Academy improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Rockwell (Eagle Mountain, UT) to confront the Marshals in a 2A Region 18 challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Marshals come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Rockwell won 70-23 in their recent league challenge against Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, UT)

Next up, the Marauders confront the Freedom Prep Academy Eagles (Provo, UT) in a 2A Region 18 challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record.
