California High School Basketball - Monte Vista Christian can't hold off Pacific Grove

The Monte Vista Christian Mustangs basketball team (Watsonville, CA), was nudged 50-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pacific Grove Breakers (Pacific Grove, CA)

The Breakers now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Everett Alvarez for a PCAL - Mission battle on Monday, January 23.

The Mustangs (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA). The Pirates come into the PCAL - Mission battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Stevenson was nudged by Monterey (Monterey, CA), 56-29, in a league battle.
