With the defeat, Monticello moves to 2-10 on the year. The Buckaroo travel to Monument Valley (Monument Valley, UT) to face the Cougars in a 1A Region 23 game on Friday, January 20. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 9-4. Monument Valley won 56-30 in their recent non-league game against Red Mesa (Teec Nos Pos, AZ)
