With the victory, Walled Lake Northern improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Kettering (Waterford, MI) to confront the Captains in a Lakes Valley challenge on Friday, January 20. The Captains come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Kettering lost 46-19 in their recent league challenge against Milford (Highland, MI)

Next up, the Corsairs confront the South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) in a Lakes Valley challenge, on Friday, January 20. Mott will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 49-38 league win over Lakeland (White Lake, MI).
