In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA), by a margin of 48-33.

The Warriors (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Harmony Area (Westover, PA). The Owls go into the Moshannon Valley outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Harmony Area defeated Curwensville (Curwensville, PA), 50-28, in a non-league outing.

The Trojans now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they host Williamsburg for a Inter County - North outing on Monday, January 23. Mount Union will clash with a Blue Pirates squad coming off a 75-33 non-league win over Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA). The Blue Pirates record now stands at 15-1.
