The St. Paul Flyers basketball team (Norwalk, OH), was routed 54-22 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting New London Wildcats (New London, OH)
The Wildcats now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mapleton for a Firelands battle on Thursday, January 19. New London will battle a Mounties team coming off a 27-23 league win over Monroeville (Monroeville, OH). The Mounties record now stands at 4-9.
The Flyers (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Western Reserve (Collins, OH). The Roughriders come into the Firelands battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Western Reserve trounced Edison (Milan, OH), 54-39, in a non-league battle.
