Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Ansgar Saints (St. Ansgar, IA), 49-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Osage upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Green Devils host Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a North Iowa bout on Friday, January 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Lake Mills lost 78-29 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA)

Next up, the Saints play the North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) in a Corn Bowl bout, on Friday, January 20. St. Ansgar will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 46-18 league loss to Central Springs (Manly, IA).
