The Eagles now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Oaks for a 1A District 2 battle on Friday, January 20. Ouachita Christian will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 48-36 league win over Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-6.

The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA). The Cougars come into the 1A District 2 battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Cedar Creek trounced Saline (Saline, LA), 45-11, in a non-league battle.
