In Tuesday's league match, the host Pen Argyl Green Knights basketball team scored a decisive 55-24 triumph over the Palisades Pirates.

In their next game, the Green Knights meet the Catasauqua Rough Riders (Catasauqua, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 20. Pen Argyl will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Rough Riders go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 42-29 league loss to Palmerton (Palmerton, PA).
