The Richlands Blue Tornado routed the visiting Tazewell Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 83-34 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Blue Tornado face the Marion Scarlet Hurricanes (Marion, VA) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 20. Richlands will attempt to move on its 12-1 season record.

With the defeat, Tazewell moves to 5-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Graham (Bluefield, VA) to face the G-Men in a Southwest game on Tuesday, January 24. The G-Men enter the game with a record of 2-10.
