In Tuesday's league outing, the Troy Trojans (Troy, TX) basketball squad beat the host Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX), by a count of 40-32.
The Trojans (12-14) will now prepare for their outing against C.H. Yoe (Cameron, TX). The Yoemen go into the 3A Region III District 19 outing with a 4-17 record. In their last outing, C.H. Yoe was topped by Rockdale (Rockdale, TX), 43-34, in a league outing.
The Eagles now hold a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lorena for a 3A Region III District 19 outing on Friday, January 20. Rogers will clash with a Leopards squad coming off a 60-23 league win over Lexington (Lexington, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 24-4.
