Washington High School Basketball - Rogers overwhelmed by West Valley

The West Valley Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Rogers Pirates to 43 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shadle Park for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Friday, January 20. West Valley will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 58-14 league win over East Valley (Spokane, WA). The Highlanders record now stands at 3-2.
The Pirates (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pullman (Pullman, WA). The Greyhounds come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Pullman was routed by Clarkston (Clarkston, WA), 61-32, in a league contest.
