The Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) basketball knocked off the host Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX), 62-52 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (20-8) will now prepare for their test against Naaman Forest (Garland, TX). The Rangers go into the 6A Region II District 9 test with a 3-16 record. In their last test, Naaman Forest went down by Wylie East (Wylie, TX), 59-9, in a league test.

The Raiders now own a 14-11 record. They play next when they travel to Garland for a 6A Region II District 9 test on Friday, January 20. Wylie East will encounter a Owls squad coming off a 48-41 league loss to Rowlett (Rowlett, TX). The Owls record now stands at 5-10.
