Virginia High School Basketball - William Monroe overwhelmed by Skyline

The Skyline Hawks basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host William Monroe Dragons to 23 in the Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manassas Park for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Skyline will battle a Cougars team coming off a 38-35 non-league loss to William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-3.
The Dragons (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Warren County was routed by Clarke County (Berryville, VA), 32-21, in a non-league contest.
