The North Pontotoc Vikings held off the host Senatobia Warriors soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's league match.
The Vikings now sport a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to New Albany for a 4A Region 1 match on Thursday, January 19. North Pontotoc will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Corinth (Corinth, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Senatobia drops to 0-4 on the season.
