The Alleghany Mountaineers topped the visiting James River Knights basketball team by a final score of 46-30 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Mountaineers face the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 19. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Bobcats enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 35-19 non-league win over Glenvar (Salem, VA).
