The Bertie Falcons (Windsor, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC), 67-52 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Falcons (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Riverside-Martin (Williamston, NC). The Knights go into the test with a 8-1 record.
The Pirates now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Gates County for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. Perquimans will encounter a Red Barons squad coming off a 32-23 non-league loss to South Creek (Robersonville, NC). The Red Barons record now stands at 3-6.
