Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA), 54-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lancaster upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Rappahannock lost 36-23 in their recent non-league bout against Essex (Tappahannock, VA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Northumberland will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record.
