North Carolina High School Basketball - Langtree Charter overwhelmed by Mountain Island Charter

The Langtree Charter Lions basketball team (Mooresville, NC), was routed 77-23 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC)

The Raptor now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christ the King for a battle on Friday, January 20. Mountain Island Charter will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 41-30 league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-5.

The Lions (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Community School of Davidson trounced Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC), 54-53, in a non-league battle.
