The Pollok Central Bulldogs basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Newton Eagles to 9 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Heights for a contest on Friday, January 20. Pollok Central will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 39-37 league win over Woodville (Woodville, TX). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Woodville (Woodville, TX). The Eagles enter the contest with a 10-12 record.
