The Badger Badgers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting South Milwaukee Rockets to 38 in the Badgers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Badgers now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elkhorn for a Southern Lakes contest on Friday, January 19. Badger will meet a Elks team coming off a 58-56 non-league win over Milton (Milton, WI). The Elks record now stands at 8-5.
The Rockets (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Shorewood (Shorewood, WI). The Greyhounds enter the Woodland - East contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Shorewood ran past Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN), 101-44, in a non-league contest.
