North Carolina High School Basketball - Camden County thwarted by Hertford County

The Camden County Bruins basketball team (Camden, NC), dropped 65-50 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC)

The Bears now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manteo for a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal battle on Friday, January 19. Hertford County will confront a Redskins team coming off a 76-34 league loss to Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC). The Redskins record now stands at 5-6.

The Bruins (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Aces come into the 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Holmes dropped by First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 65-50, in a league battle.
