With the victory, Cherokee improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Eastern (Voorhees, NJ) to confront the Vikings in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Eastern won 66-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Eastside Tigers (Camden, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Cherry Hill East will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 46-34 league win over Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ).
