The Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) basketball knocked off the host Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX), 64-53 in Wednesday's league test.

The Rangers (21-3) will now prepare for their test against Frisco (Frisco, TX). The Raccoons go into the 5A Region II District 9 test with a 11-11 record. In their last test, Frisco went down by Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX), 69-54, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Turner for a 5A Region II District 9 test on Friday, January 19. Creekview will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 76-48 league loss to The Colony (The Colony, TX). The Lions record now stands at 15-8.
