The Highlanders now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carter-Riverside for a 4A Region II District 9 battle on Friday, January 19. Eastern Hills will battle a Eagles team coming off a 84-17 league loss to Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-20.

The (5-15) will now prepare for their battle against Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Cougars come into the 4A Region II District 9 battle with a 10-16 record. In their last battle, Western Hills trounced Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX), 61-39, in a league battle.
