Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN) and the visiting Edison Tommies (Minneapolis, MN), saw Washburn's basketball squad wallop Edison by a tally of 86-55.

With the victory, Washburn improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Wayzata (Plymouth, MN) to confront the Trojans in a AAAA Section 6 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 14-0.

Next up, the Tommies confront the St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans (St. Paul, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Edison will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record.
