The North Polars (North St. Paul, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN), 67-50 in Wednesday's league test.
The Polars (5-5) will now prepare for their test against South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Packers go into the non-league test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, South St. Paul went down by Tartan (Oakdale, MN), 68-54, in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Simley for a non-league test on Friday, January 19. Hill-Murray will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 54-28 league loss to St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 3-11.
