The Industrial Cobras basketball team (Vanderbilt, TX), dropped 40-31 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Tidehaven Tigers (El Maton, TX)
The Tigers now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palacios for a 3A Region IV District 25 battle on Friday, January 19. Tidehaven will confront a Sharks team coming off a 63-32 league loss to Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 9-18.
The Cobras (8-15) will now prepare for their battle against Yoakum (Yoakum, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region IV District 25 battle with a 13-12 record. In their last battle, Yoakum dropped by Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX), 55-52, in a league battle.
