The Marysville Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Jackson Heights Cobras to 36 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nemaha Central for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Marysville will battle a Thunder team coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Hiawatha (Hiawatha, KS). The Thunder record now stands at 5-3.
The Cobras (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Marys (St. Marys, KS). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, St. Marys ran past Holton (Holton, KS), 69-53, in a non-league contest.
