In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT), by a count of 70-45.
The Lancers (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Randolph (Randolph, VT). The Ghosts go into the Capital outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Randolph smashed Lake Region (Orleans, VT), 41-33, in a league outing.
The Wolves now hold a 1-9 record. They play next when they host U-32 for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 24. Peoples Academy will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 77-45 non-league loss to North Country Union (Newport, VT). The Raiders record now stands at 5-6.
