Georgia High School Basketball - White County overwhelmed by Lumpkin County

The White County Warriors basketball team (Cleveland, GA), was routed 64-43 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA)

The Indians now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wesleyan for a AAA Region 7 battle on Friday, January 19. Lumpkin County will battle a Wolves team coming off a 68-52 league loss to Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Wolves record now stands at 8-11.

The Warriors (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves come into the AAA Region 7 battle with a 8-12 record. In their last battle, Wesleyan was routed by Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA), 46-42, in a league battle.
