Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northern Heights Wildcats (Allen, KS), 76-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lyndon upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Council Grove (Council Grove, KS) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 3-5. Council Grove won 46-38 in their recent non-league bout against Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS) in a Flint Hills bout, on Friday, January 19. Northern Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 46-38 non-league loss to Council Grove (Council Grove, KS).
