With the victory, Malvern Prep upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Friars host Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Blue Devils in a Inter-Academic bout on Friday, January 19. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 15-4. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy won 64-54 in their recent non-league bout against Hun (Princeton, NJ)

Next up, the Quakers play the Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) in a Inter-Academic bout, on Saturday, January 20. William Penn Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 58-38 league loss to Haverford School (Haverford, PA).
