California High School Basketball - Windsor can't hold off Piner

The Piner Prospectors basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Windsor Jaguars to 58 in the Prospectors league triumph on Wednesday.
The Prospectors now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Rosa for a North Bay - Oak contest on Friday, January 19. Piner will battle a Panthers team coming off a 53-52 league loss to Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-10.
The Jaguars (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA). The Pumas enter the North Bay - Oak contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Maria Carrillo nudged Analy (Sebastopol, CA), 52-49, in a league contest.
